Various youth scientific and technical societies, creative leagues and
associations, schools and circles which unite young enthusiasts of space faring is an
essential prerequisite to a global youth integration in the domain of space exploration
at the end of this century.
Interaction of these entities on the international level will
add a fresh flavor to each individual effort owing to the opportunity to use a unique
knowledge and experience of foreign friends. This will stir up interest in
cosmonautics of the young generation in each country and contribute to maturation of
the intellectual potential apt to develop the ideas of pioneers of theoretical and
practical cosmonautics like K.E. Tsiolkovskiy, H. Oberth, R. Goddard, P. Esnault-
Pelterie, W. von Braun, F.A. Tsander, S.P. Korolev and others.
